What you’d be doing: Most of the time you will be on a forklift loading and unloading your truck. Safely pick up and deliver goods to varying locations using a tractor trailer. Home daily with local routes. To accurately receive, move, store and warehouse raw materials and packaging supplies in a clean and sanitary manner according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Job Responsibilities to ensure the quality and safety of our products will include, but not be limited to:
Safely operate class 8 semi-truck to deliver and pick up loads including switching trailers. Use industrial trucks to load and unload trailer. Be able to verify packing lists and bills of lading of ensure that loads have been properly prepared. Examine packages, materials, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards. Keep daily checklist log to identify issues with the tractor. Maintains logs as required by the DOT. Assist with the preparation of finished goods for shipment. Perform general warehouse duties including but not limited to: cleaning, moving and locating raw materials and packaging supplies, shipping, and receiving. Comply with the Company SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures). Provide information or indication of problems to management or Quality Assurance. Maintain work area clean and organized.
Qualifications Required: Current Class A CDL driver’s license in good standing. Forklift experience with speed and precision Drug Screen & Background check, no DUI’s or felonies Mathematical Skills – Accuracy with arithmetic, subtraction, and decimals. Language Skills – Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and hold conversations in English. Valid Forklift Certifications applicable to the equipment being operated.

Accurately process on-time bi-weekly payroll, time-off requests, garnishments, manual checks, and pay adjustments.
Prepares and maintains employee records including, hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, or rate changes, etc.
Conducts benefits meetings while interpreting and understanding company policies, procedures, state, and federal laws. Performs routine audits to ensure benefit and payroll transactions are documented and processed per regulatory guidelines and company pay practices and policies and makes corrections where needed. Administer compensation, benefits, and safety programs equally and consistently to be compliant with Federal and Local requirements including preparation and distribution of statements, notices, and reports. Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for the administration of benefits, such as 401(K) plans, medical insurance, leave management, (FMLA, LOA, disability claims), and COBRA. Maintains accurate and up-to-date data in Human Resource Information system. Conducts verification of employment, replies to unemployment claims, and other inquiries. Assists employees with benefit administration, personnel, pay, and employment questions.
Assists with accurately preparing reports for employment, benefits, pay, audits, and other statistical data. Assists with representing Management and Employee interests in a fair and just manner according to local and Federal laws and according to Company values and morals.
